Gasoline, statutory insurance, highway toll sticker, maintenance, and washing are included in the price. In addition, free car return in blue and purple parking zones.
Per-minute rates

You only pay for the time you use the car. You can choose between a per-minute rate, one of the hourly rates, or a full-day rate.
