Contest Rules: “Skútr Bros Movie Ticket Giveaway”

1. Organizer
   The organizer of the contest “Skútr Bros Movie Ticket Giveaway” (the “contest”) is D – Mobility Worldwide a.s., registered office Krocínova 333/3, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic, Company ID No. 06933629, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague under file number C 303544 (the “Organizer”).

2. Contest Period and Location
   The contest is held in the Czech Republic via the social network Instagram from August 15, 2025 until August 27, 2025 at 23:59 CET.

3. Eligibility
   The contest is open to any natural person over 18 years of age with a delivery address in the Czech Republic, who has a public Instagram account and meets the participation requirements.
   Employees of the Organizer and their close relatives are excluded from participation.

4. Contest Rules
   To enter the contest, participants must:

• follow the Instagram profile @anytime_cz,

• like the contest post,

• tag a friend in the comments with whom they would go to the cinema.

Each user may participate only once. Duplicate comments will not be included.

5. Prize
   The prize consists of 2 movie tickets for each winner.
   A total of 5 winners will be randomly selected.
   The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other compensation.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement
   Winners will be randomly selected from all valid participants who have met the contest requirements. The winners will be announced in a comment under the post on August 28, 2025.

7. Claiming the Prize
   Winners must contact the Organizer via Instagram direct message (DM) no later than August 28, 2025 (23:59 CET). If a winner does not claim the prize within this time, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.

8. Agreement to Rules and Data Protection
   By entering the contest, each participant:

• confirms they have read and agreed to these rules,

• consents to the processing of their personal data by the Organizer for the purposes of the contest and prize delivery,

• agrees to the potential publication of their name or username on the Organizer’s profile in case of winning.

Processing of personal data is governed by the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

9. Other Conditions
   The Organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, interrupt, or cancel the contest at any time.
   The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta in any way.
   Instagram bears no responsibility for the contest.
